I am a trasplant to San Francisco from Hattiesburg Mississippi.  This is my sevententh year of teaching and seventh here at Lincoln.   I have taught various level of mathematics courses here at Lincoln and throughout my teaching career.  Currently, I am ,also, the Director of Athletics and  boy’s soccer coach.  Being involved allows me to reach and guide a broader spectrum of the Mustang Family.

My goal is to foster a rich mathematical learning enviroment by meeting students where they are and working with and encouraging them to not only seek to understand and apply the concepts of the mathematical topics we go over, but to learn to appreciate them as well.  Conquering the beast that is math anxiety is  tantamount for all students success.   For those students who are not privy to this malais I offer the opportunities to push there mind to the hilt and challenge themselves to find not only answers but to bring forth and describe solutions.
