I will be back at Lincoln for Fall 2008 starting Wednesday, Aug 20th.

**Please check links, notes and calendar below frequently for updates and SCHOLARSHIPS**

Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

Greetings and thank you for your interest in PACT, Inc.! I am your PACT Educational Advisor at Lincoln High school. PACT, Inc. is a federally funded, non-profit educational organization designed to assist young people in preparing and applying for college admissions and financial aid. Visit http://www.pactinc.org/ for details on our program.

As your PACT Educational Advisor, I am available 10:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday in the College & Career Center, Room 123C at Lincoln High School.  9th-12th grade students are welcome! Once you have signed up to participate with PACT (all services are FREE and confidential), I will be available to provide you with one-on-one advising to discuss your college plans/goals, review your high school transcript, and provide you with information on college requirements/admissions, financial aid and scholarships, and career planning. Additionally, I can provide you with college application assistance and fee waivers (for eligible students), as well as SAT/ACT registration information, practice tests, and fee waivers (for eligible students). PACT also takes PACT students on FREE college campus tours every semester.  Throughout the year I give lunchtime and afterschool workshops to students regarding college admissions, writing personal statement essays, financial aid, and more. It’s never too early to start planning for success!

Please feel free to email, call or stop by anytime with your questions. You may drop-in, but scheduling an appointment is recommended (especially during busy periods: October/November and February/March). You may contact me at Lincoln Mon-Thurs at (415) 759-2700 x3156, or at PACT, Inc. headquarters on Fridays, Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer at (415) 922-2550, or at oriol@pactinc.org.

I look forward to working with you! Have a great year!

Sincerely, Ms. Zales
